Under broad direction, leads materials demand planning requirements for several PSL's/ Countries, or NWA's to help provide seamless integration of procurement and operations processes. Liaison with PSL and Business Development (BD) staff, manufacturing personnel, internal and external suppliers, and logistics personnel to ensure inventory levels meet the business requirements.

  • Ensures appropriate material demand planning and requirements, acquisition/procurement of materials, and logistics planning to minimize surplus inventory and control of cost.
  • Provides guidance and assigns work to less experienced staff. Provides materials planning and control subject matter expertise to appropriate leadership as requested.
  • Will be responsible for planning activities such as review of and recommendations for material requirements planning (MRP) settings, forecasting and management of inventory levels.
  • Will have direct impact and responsibility to meet financial goals and objectives for the business.
  • Provide technical guidance on day-to-day activities during operational phase with focus on elevating safety and efficiency. Assist in material and cost tracking as well as development and execution of contingency plans as needed
  • Work with operational and leadership team to help identify and resolve critical emerging design and operational challenges
  • Work with in-house technical experts to ensure adherence to company standards and guidelines



Requires completion of a two year degree; with 7 years’ experience in materials management which includes experience in procurement or logistics, business administration, materials management, industrial distributions, engineering or similar disciplines

Strong computer skills and analytical abilities to resolve problems



  • Undergraduate degree plus 3 years related work experience in Materials Management which includes experience in procurement and/or logistics and/or field service experience in appropriate PSL
  • Prior experience planning and executing cased hole frac pack completions
  • Preferred experience working with high density and remote operations
  • Strong technical knowledge of well completion procedures, and associated equipment
  • Highly developed communication skills and proficient in typical Microsoft computer based applications
