  • Under broad direction, identifies user requirements and assists with the design, development and documentation of user communication.. Communicates with stakeholders to ensure communication needs are met. Is an advocate to the business unit and user community.
  • Provides guidance on a regular basis for communication processes.
  • Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.


Primary Responsibilities:


·         Serve as a communications liaison and advisor to multiple projects in order to drive effective communications and alignment to overall program standards, messaging, and communication strategy

·         Provide guidance and support for development of planned and ad-hoc program-level communications, including messaging targeted to executive audiences

·         Design and create various collateral including video, documentation, presentations, websites, and other media

·         Develop, prepare and manage executive-level Webcasts for global audience

·         Manage the IT Communications mailbox and schedule coordination of executive-level communication reviews

·         Develop, edit and review content for internal IT communications and announcements

·         Coordinate communications requests and provide quality assurance for formatting, alignment, branding consistency




  • Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in a Business related field and minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field.
  • Should have direct experience in process field of specialization and extensive knowledge of business processes and process management techniques.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
  • Strong CMS skills
  • Must be a confident communicator and presenter
