Under general supervision, provides facility programming and conceptual design services to RES Design & Construction Project Management and Operations to support facility design and development globally.


Develops solutions for facilities referencing standard facility designs.  Works with subject matter experts to develop project related facility design and operation solutions. Coordinates with internal and external authorities on project related HSE, ordinances, etc.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


  • Working across multiple business divisions, functions and geographies to determine real estate requirements.
  • Maintain and improve real estate portfolio performance with respect to aligning real estate administration and overall portfolio strategy and space demands based on the needs of the business.
  • Perform review of the Corporate real estate needs and align to the real estate portfolio.
  • Make recommendations to improve the efficiency, design, and delivery of services through subject matter expertise, knowledge of client business needs, and industry/market trends.
  • Assist in development and implementation of a multi-year plan for the global real estate portfolio.


Skills are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Applied Science, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science or similar discipline, and 5 years of experience in Design & Construction, PSL Field Operations as it relates to property development and facilities.

  • Five years Real Estate service industry experience preferred.
  • Global Corporate Real Estate experience including activities related to portfolio strategic planning, demand planning and forecasting, due diligence, market and property evaluations ideal.
  • Ability to prepare and present high level presentations.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written), presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
