The Sr. Performance Advancement Coordinator works closely with specified Business Units, Global Quality Management and Global Product Services Lines in analyzing quality performance, customer needs and customer satisfaction and then recommends appropriate course of action for improvement.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Works with the internal & external customers/suppliers (e.g. PSL’s, SS, Technology, etc.) to develop, implement & monitor these performance improvement or re-engineering efforts.
  • Develop and implement asset management processes including standards and controls to deliver effective maintenance, reliability and availability
  • Ensure processes meet with all regulatory, company and customer requirements
  • Execute process and maintenance service quality improvement initiatives for asset management to support all PSLs
  • Drive effective process management using statistical analysis and quality tools such as Control Charts, Hypothesis Testing, ANOVA, and Capability Studies
  • Sustain results through effective measurement, analysis, and improvement of key performance indicators
  • Assist teams with building processes and systems to drive standardization and cost effective maintenance services
  • Promote culture of continuous improvement and support initiatives to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Interprets outside standards & works with various process owners to develop processes &/or procedures to meet standards.
  • Provide consultation/facilitation to special/project teams on QM, QA/QC, process improvement, etc.
  • Mentors & teaches quality programs to other quality & internal company personnel.
  • May be responsible for supervising 1-5 employees.


Required Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate degree in science or related field AND 5 years of experience, or 10 years of equivalent direct quality experience.
  • A Quality/Reliability Engineer Certification is preferred.
