The Field Materials Coordinator is an entry-level role into oil-field operations that spends the majority of the time working at the well-site, with additional time spent on the road to and from location and assisting in preparation of operations. Most of the time will be spent onsite working in the Technical Command Center (TCC) alongside engineering and operations.
As a Field Materials Coordinator, you will be expected to learn and be a key contributor to the completion of a hydraulic fracturing operation. To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, understanding of basic logistical concepts, and experience with Microsoft Excel. You will add value to the operation by monitoring sand and chemical inventories, establishing delivery schedules for sand and chemicals both prior to and during operations, documenting job performance, and completing post-job paperwork. You will communicate directly with the customer, engineering, and operations.
This is an hourly, overtime eligible position that is based in Williston, North Dakota and works on a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on and 1 week off. This position requires the ability to work at least 12 hour shifts, plus travel time to and from location.

Minimum requirements include:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to perform arithmetic and algebraic calculations
• MS Office proficient, ability to learn new software quickly, ability to use several computers at once
• Works well in a stressful environment in all weather conditions
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screenings, background check, and physical
