  • Lead Advisor for research and product development of new chemistry and chemical deployment related projects in the Production Enhancement R&D group
  • Responsible for delivery of product to the market by leading the team from concept to commercialization stage
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comprehensively identifies project risk and develops mitigation strategies, in collaboration with the project team
  • Coordinate and maintain close communication with manufacturing, supply chain, operation, finance and business to ensure roles and responsibilities of each function is clear
  • Under broad supervision, manages one or more large internal, outsourced or customer funded projects involving multiple disciplines, departments or Centers.
  • Develops and negotiates approval for the project charter and scope, assist in financial analysis, ensures completion of technical and detailed product specifications, manages project creep and ensures complete and accurate project release
  • Guides the project team through robust design reviews
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of commercializing industrial products.



  • Minimum of 8 years industrial experience with minimum of 2 years in R&D project management
  • Minimum of Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar required; Ph.D. preferred
  • Experience in using Stage Gate product development
  • Skilled at guiding a team to develop commercially successful products
  • Preference given to individuals with oil and gas experience
