To assist Lab Manager to maintain and continuously improve in Quality Control and Lab HSSE operation of Taicang plant.
To follow up plant formulations, QC specification according to Regional Technical Team’s instruction and guidance.
To maintain and update MSDS for all RMs and finished product of Taicangplant.
To assist Senior chemist to act as plant tag for China streamline, fusion and plant formulations and product integrity.
To assist QA to resolve customer complaints.
To assist other teams in anti-counterfeit (counterfeit product identification).
Network with the production team to ensure high quality products continuously.

Execute QC laboratory operation in daily working. Develop and implement QC procedures.
To ensure all incoming raw materials and finished products meet group quality standards by routine testing.
To ensure all MSDS in place and distribute to relative department or personnel, maintain them properly and update them on time.
To receive and organize routine testing of production samples in timely manner. To maintain batch QC records and issue batch approvals to production.
To control nonconforming production samples and to advise corrective action to be taken.
To ensure laboratory equipment is routinely calibrated and checked to maintain accuracy and repeatability.
To assist chemist for the flushing oil disposal, minimize the flushing oil stock level in the production side.
To assist chemist to provide professional support to each department to analyse the root cause of Quality incident.
To participate in Lean Manufacturing project to improve operation efficiency and drive down cost.
College degree in Chemical or related field.
Essential experience and job requirements
The individual must bring a flexible yet disciplined approach to all facets of this job, In addition, the successful candidate should have:
Minimum 3 years QC experience in manufacturing operations.
Be familiar with ISO9001:2000; TS 16949, 5S.
Basic communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
Written and spoken English.
Seek expertise, continually learn and develop the safety and risk management skills
Plan carefully, make well-informed decisions and do the right thing
Challenge myself to be open to new ideas
Support those I work with and help to build the effectiveness of my team to achieve the best results
